In the heart of the Midwest, our Monticello, Iowa location encompasses a 70,000 square foot custom manufacturing facility, a 50,000 square foot warehouse and distribution facility as well as a 4,000 square foot corporate and sales offices.  Oak Street also has a distribution center in Statesville, North Carolina.
