For Woodland, E*Wood, Solid Wood and ProWood Table Tops:
Gently cleanse with a soft cloth dampened with mild detergent and water solution. Wipe dry with a clean soft cloth. Scratches in the wood can be repaired using a colored wax paper stick.
Spills of liquid should be wiped dry immediately. Do not use ammonia, bleach, degreasers or abrasive cleaners. Avoid prolonged or excessive exposure to direct sunlight, high temperatures, or high/low humidity. Improper care will void the manufacturer's warranty.
Special note of caution: all wood products are sensitive to humidity. It's the customer's responsibility to maintain a 30% humidity level to accommodate wood products, including table tops. Special care is required for venues utilizing overhead doors due to fluctuating humidity levels. Please contact your Oak Street representative with any requests involving overhead doors and other similar open-air venues to discuss options and/or special care requirements.
If also installing new china dinnerware with unprepped or unglazed feet, please check the bottom of the product carefully for sharp or rough edges as these can mar the surface of the table top and will void the manufacturer’s warranty.
