If you are an end user: we will use the provided company address to locate a restaurant furniture dealer in your area. We will provide the dealer with the information provided in the quote request form, as well as a freight quote for the chosen products valid for 7 business days. The dealer will contact you with special product pricing and the freight quote provided by us.
The freight quote will be determined based on the information provided to Oak Street Manufacturing within the quote form. If the freight quote is accepted and any information is incorrect, such as required additional shipping services, you agree to cover all additional costs associated with any additional services required for delivery to the provided address. If you are a dealer: submission of this quote request form does not constitute an agreement of an order. We will respond to the email address provided in the form within 1-2 business days with a freight quote [to the shipping address provided in the form] from the warehouse(s) of our choice - based on location and product availability. It is your responsibility to communicate acceptance of the freight quote and to submit a purchase order to Oak Street Manufacturing. You should provide a copy of the freight quote or reference the quote number when submitting the order.
